Thank you for your interest in Summer Camp at Shepherd of the Hills. We have a fun summer planned and are excited for your child to join us! Camp is available for children from 18 months to age 10. (Siblings of younger campers who are older than 10 may be accepted on a case by case basis.)

Summer Camp is a prepaid program. The cost per day depends on the length of day your child will spend with us as well as their age. Our standard camp day (8:30am to 3:30pm) is:
Children 18 months to 3rd birthday | $75 per day
Children 3 years – 5 years | $70 per day
Children 5 years and older | $75 per day
You can also combine earlier mornings or later afternoons with that daily rate as follows:
7:30am to 8:30am | $10 per day
8:30am to 3:30pm | $70 per day (between 3-5 yrs) or $75 per day (under 3 yrs/over 5 yrs)
3:30pm to 4:30 pm | $10 per day
4:30pm to 5:30 pm | $10 per day
Camp fees will be input into Playground on Mondays and are due on the Fridays before camp attendance. You will be charged based on your pre-registered days. For example, the fees for the week of June 3rd will be input on Monday May 27 and are due on Friday, May 31st, 2024. All changes to your schedule must be made on the Monday before camp attendance by 12:00 PM. For example, if you need to change your registered dates for the week of June 3rd, you must email us at summercamp@sothfamily.org before 12:00 PM on Monday May 27.
For each week, payment must be made in full before camp attendance.
All Summer Camp Fees will be paid through your Playground account. If you did not attend during the 2023-2024 school year, we will create an account for your child and you will be asked to register to create a profile for yourself. This profile allows you to check your child in and out each day. If you do not plan on attending Shepherd in the fall, you will receive an enrollment form via Playground. School year students who have a current enrollment form on file with us will not be required to complete this form again.
